At J Square Holidays, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless refund process. Please review our refund policy below:

1. General Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy applicable to your booking.
  • All refunds are subject to deduction of service charges, transaction fees, and applicable penalties.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our official customer support channels.

2. Tour Package Refunds

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before departure (minus service charges).
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 15-30 days before departure.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 15 days of departure.

3. Hotel Booking Refunds

  • Hotel refunds depend on the respective hotel's cancellation policy.
  • Non-refundable hotel bookings will not be eligible for refunds.

4. Flight Booking Refunds

  • Flight refunds are subject to the airline’s refund policy.
  • J Square Holidays service charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

6. Force Majeure

Refund policies may vary in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
