Terms And Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming any booking with J Square Holidays Pvt. Ltd.. By making a reservation and processing the booking amount with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated below. These terms govern all bookings made through our website, email, or through our agents.


Important Disclaimers

This is only a quotation, not a booking. No reservations have been made yet. All rooms, rates, and services are subject to availability at the time of actual booking/confirmation.

Rates for Hotels, Flights, Sightseeing, Meals, and Transfers are dynamic and may change without notice until fully booked and confirmed.

100% payment for flight tickets is required in advance. If the fare increases before payment reaches us, the revised fare will apply and must be borne by the client.

Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be subject to jurisdiction exclusively in Delhi courts.

We are not responsible for airline schedule changes or their impact on your travel package. Any additional costs will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Airlines and hotels may change schedules or services for operational reasons. Any price difference due to such changes must be borne by the customer.

Any change in travel dates will require a re-quotation.

All bookings are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes due to natural calamities, pandemics (including Covid-19), or any Act of God.

Bookings may be cancelled if payment is not received within the specified time frame.

Booking will only be processed after receiving a token amount. Final confirmation will be shared only after full or required package amount is received.

Booking is confirmed only upon receiving written confirmation from hotels, airlines, and other service providers.

If preferred flights or hotels are unavailable, we will provide suitable alternative options.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents such as passport and visa.

Visa issuance is not under our control. In case of visa rejection or delay, we are not responsible and no refund will be provided. Operator fees remain payable.

Only written communication through our registered email will be accepted as proof in case of any dispute.

Special requests (early check-in, smoking/non-smoking room, etc.) are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Expenses of a personal nature (laundry, minibar, room service, etc.) not included in the package must be paid by the traveler.

For SIC (Shared) transfers, report at the pickup point at least 10 minutes before scheduled time. Delay may result in missed service without refund.

We are not liable for missed services due to customer delay. Please follow the provided itinerary strictly.

Sightseeing schedules are planned for maximum enjoyment. Delay at one attraction may cause others to be missed, for which we are not liable.

Government restrictions may affect itinerary coverage. We will try to adjust, but cannot guarantee changes due to such restrictions.

Itinerary cannot be changed during the trip unless documented and approved by J Square Holidays.

Unauthorized itinerary changes by the traveler will void any associated services and no refund will be applicable.

Hotel services and food quality are not guaranteed. Please inform us immediately in case of issues for timely assistance.

We only suggest hotels based on budget and preferences. If the guest is not satisfied with the property, we’ll try to find alternatives within the same category, but cannot guarantee availability or changes.

We are not responsible for violations of local laws by travelers.

In case of currency fluctuations or changes in local government taxes, J Square Holidays reserves the right to revise the tour cost, and any such differences will be borne by the customer only.

Meals included in sightseeing or activities are pre-set; personal menu choices are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during travel.

Guests must take care of their own luggage. Drivers are not responsible for handling or carrying bags.

All vouchers provided must be checked by the traveler. Discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Non-compliance with payment terms can lead to booking cancellation and forfeiture of the paid amount.

Cancellation charges are based on the total booking amount, regardless of how much has been paid.

Any modifications or additions to the package are subject to additional charges and the existing cancellation policy.

J Square Holidays is not responsible for losses due to Force Majeure (e.g. strikes, riots, natural disasters, etc.).

Force Majeure includes events beyond our control such as war, terrorism, curfews, epidemics, etc. In such cases, the booking is non-refundable, though we may assist in rescheduling if suppliers allow.

In case of closure of local attractions, we will attempt a partial refund if possible, but are not obligated.

Passports must have 6 months validity from date of departure.

Valid passport is the client’s responsibility. Ineligible or damaged passports may be rejected for visa issuance.

Travelers must ensure their passport complies with international travel norms. We are not liable for rejected entries.

Visa processing is not under our authority. We only assist in documentation.

We are not liable for visa rejections. Cancellation charges from flights, hotels, or tours will still apply.

In case of visa fee changes, the increased fee must be paid by the traveler.

Hotel check-in is generally after 2-3 PM; check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.

Visa fees are non-refundable, even in case of visa rejection.

Gala dinners (on Christmas, New Year, etc.) are mandatory and directly chargeable by the hotel.

Prices listed may or may not include applicable taxes and service fees.

Booking & Payments

INR 20,000 is required as a token amount for land arrangements (may vary depending on hotel/vendor policies).

100% airfare must be paid upfront to confirm flight tickets due to fluctuating fares.

Post token payment, 30% of total package cost must be paid within 5-6 days.

Full payment is due 30 days before the departure date.

For urgent bookings (travel within 30 days), full payment is required upfront.

Payment methods: Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Cheque (subject to clearance), or cash deposit (as per government rules).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fee: INR 2,000 per person (irrespective of reason)

Cancellation Timeline:

More than 30 days before departure: 30% of tour cost

29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of tour cost

14 to 8 days before departure: 75% of tour cost

Less than 7 days: 100% of tour cost (No Refund)

Note: Peak season policies and supplier-specific cancellation charges may override these terms.

Bookings may be cancelled without notice if full payment is not received on time, and all previously paid amounts will be forfeited.

TCS (Tax Collected at Source)

5% TCS is applicable on all international bookings as per Government regulations.

This is advance tax, not an additional cost. It will be credited to the client’s PAN once income tax is filed.

TCS is non-refundable by J Square Holidays. Refund (if applicable) can be claimed from the IT department.

Tour Conduct & Behavior

Clients are expected to adhere to the tour program and timeline.

Punctuality is critical. Missing flights, meals, or tours due to delays will not be compensated.

Rowdy, indecent, or disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the group at the client’s own cost.

No refunds will be provided for unused services, regardless of reason.

Modifications to Terms

J Square Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued booking or usage of services will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
